1st International Co-Reach Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights in the New Media, Beijing November 11-14, 2009
The 1st International Co-Reach Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights in the New Media was held at the Institute of Law , Chinese Academy of Social Science (CASS) on November 12-13, 2009.
The Workshop was hosted by CASS and the Hans Bredow Institute. Over 40 people from the judiciary, government and academic community attended the Workshop. Prof. Li Mingde and Prof. Sylvia Kierkegaard, principal investigators of the Co-Reach IPR project gave the Opening Remarks.
The following speakers gave a 30 minute presentation about various issues in Intellectual Property Rights:
